We extend our heartfelt thanks to Lauren Millo, Edward Jones Financial Advisor, and Rick Hrbacek, Concourse Financial Group, for generously sharing their expertise and insights. Their contributions enriched our understanding of smart growth strategies and their impact on our community. In a time where raising money has never seemed more difficult, they offered solutions and ideas that are quickly actionable and can offer very high yields.

A special note of gratitude goes to Lauren Millo, Edward Jones, for sponsoring the delicious lunch from Star Drug Store, and to the Rosenberg Library for graciously hosting us in such a welcoming setting.

In addition to the informative presentation, United Way of Galveston spoke about other ways we are working to connect Galveston nonprofits to volunteers, donors, and clients.
