GrantFlow Returns to Galveston: Practical Tools, Real Results

Earlier this week, 30 nonprofit professionals from 18 nonprofit organizations gathered at Rosenberg Library’s Wortham Auditorium for the second GrantFlow Workshop, co-hosted & co-funded by the Harris and Eliza Kempner Fund and United Way of Galveston.
This two-day, hands-on training helped participants strengthen their grantwriting skills, refine funding strategies, and build confidence in communicating their impact. Facilitator Matt Leighty led the sessions using real-world examples and actionable tools that attendees could immediately apply to upcoming proposals.

Special thanks to the Harris and Eliza Kempner Fund for their parthership in bringing GrantFlow back to Galveston, and to Rosenberg Library for providing the space to learn and connect.
