Lunch and Learn: Using Data to Support Fundraising and Strengthen Mission Alignment
Thursday, December 11, 2025
Nonprofit teams work hard to respond to real needs in the community. Programs expand. Grants multiply. Expectations from funders grow. Without simple systems for collecting and using data, it becomes difficult to stay on mission and make a compelling fundraising case.
United Way of Galveston is proud to partner with United Way of Greater Houston for a Lunch and Learn focused on practical strategies for gathering, organizing, and applying data so your organization can strengthen mission alignment, tell a clearer story, and secure more funding.
Together we will
• Define what mission alignment looks like in practice
• Identify a small set of data points that matter most for fundraising
• Explore low lift tools and processes for collecting and organizing information
• Talk about how to use data in grant proposals, reports, and donor communication
This session is designed for nonprofit executive directors, program leaders, development and communications staff, and anyone who touches reporting, evaluation, or fundraising.
Lunch is provided. Space is limited and registration is required.
