Designations & Payouts
Employees may give directly to United Way of Galveston or designate their gift to an eligible nonprofit organization.
United Way of Galveston honors designations of $50 or more per calendar year and charges no administrative fee on designated gifts.
Designated funds are distributed quarterly after campaign contributions are received and processed, typically beginning in the second quarter of the year. Distribution timing may vary depending on when participating workplaces remit payroll deductions and other campaign contributions.
