Calling all Galveston-Area Nonprofits! Apply today for 2026 funding from the State Employee Charitable Campaign

The 2026 SECC Application is OPEN! Eligible organizations are invited to apply to participate in the 2026 State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC) and help inspire state, higher education, and retired state employees to give generously. Since 1993, Texas state employees have contributed more than $214 million through the SECC.
If your organization provides services within a local region in Texas, please review the eligibility requirements and consider applying through the SECC website:

PLEASE NOTE: Charities in Galveston County that serve both Galveston Island and the mainland side of Galveston County are eligible to apply to both the Galveston SECC and the Houston Area SECC. A separate application must be submitted for each region.
 

Application Access & Login Information

All applicants must create or access an account to complete and submit the application.
  • If you submitted an application in a prior year, please use your existing login credentials.
  • Copies of previously submitted applications are only accessible through the original user account.
  • If you are new to your organization or have not applied previously, please create a new account and retain your username and password for future use.
  • We recommend selecting an easy-to-remember username (e.g., first initial + last name, such as jdoe).
